Zehut Software LTD 1997 - Guy establishes a start-up company, based on his original ideas and developments. 1998 - The company joined the Jerusalem Software Incubator (JSI) in Har Hozvim. JSI has funded the company through grants from the Israel Chief Scientist R&D office, with additional funding from private U.S. investors. Zehut Software Company specialized in data security products and solutions. Its first two products, iSiT and Impass, were in advanced stage when Guy passed away. ISiT - The advanced and unique technological development of iSiT is based on the fact that any digital image has its own characteristics, similar to DNA, that are embedded in the image and enable the protection of authenticity from fraud. Impass - is an easy to remember entry code to the system, and has a much higher level of protection than other existing methods. This project was completed after Guy’s death. Moshe, his father, took over direction the project, and Alex, the mathematician of Zehut, continued its development. Impass - הנו קוד כניסה למערכות, קל יותר לזכירה מהקודים הקיימים כיום, ובעל דרגת הגנה גבוהה הרבה יותר. מוצר זה הושלם לאחר מותו של גיא. את ניהול הפרויקט נטל עליו משה, אביו של גיא, ואילו אלכס, המתמטיקאי של "זהות" המשיך בפיתוח המוצר.
